Ask once, get a draft you can check

One orchestrator, a team of specialists, and you making the call.

1 · Ask

Pose the task in plain English — “build a DCF for Apple and cross-check comps”, or “draft this month’s journal entries and reconcile the bank statement.” The orchestrator reads your intent and plans the work.

2 · Dispatch & synthesise

It hands the work to the right specialists in parallel, each in its own sandbox. They pull from the web — and from any data sources you have connected — then it assembles one draft: a markets brief, or a set of draft entries, reconciliations and reports.

3 · Review & decide

Every output is a draft with its sources and a confidence note, and it stops at a review gate. You decide what happens next — it never trades, sends, pays, posts, files, or gives personal advice on its own.

On the markets side it surfaces where specialists disagree — e.g. cheap on book but deteriorating margins. On the accounting side it flags what does not reconcile or what is missing evidence.

What it actually does today

Your data. Your hardware. Every output reviewed by you.

Bring your own data

Out of the box it researches with web search. You can connect information services over MCP (SEC EDGAR, market data, news wires, optional commercial vendors) with your own credentials; until you do, it falls back to web search and says so. It cites or flags every figure.

Optionally learns your style

A scoped, encrypted memory can remember how you work — your heuristics, your process, a firm’s chart of accounts and policies. It is opt-in and off by default; nothing is remembered unless you turn it on.

Drafts, not actions

It produces drafts and analysis only. It never posts to your ledger, releases a payment, files anything, executes a trade, or issues personal investment advice. Compute it or flag it — never fabricate.

Self-hosted & isolated

Every agent runs in its own sandboxed container on infrastructure you control. Your data does not have to leave machines you own.

Governance built in

Role-based access, token budgets, append-only audit logs, and per-policy feature gates — so a team can use it without losing oversight.

What it will and won’t do

Stated plainly, so you know what you are getting — and what you are not.

Research & drafting, not advice

No personal buy/sell calls, no position sizing, no trade execution, no posting to your books — work a qualified person reviews and owns.

Compute it or flag it — never fabricate

Every figure is a retrieved fact with a source, or a value actually computed — never a plausible-looking guess. Missing data is flagged, not invented.

You stay in the loop

Anything actionable pauses at a review gate with a confidence note. You approve, post, send, or file — the system does not.

Your data stays yours

Memory is opt-in, encrypted, and scoped to you — never pooled or used to train a shared model. Self-hosted means it stays on your hardware.

Bounded by isolation

Each agent runs in its own container with resource limits and no root, so one agent cannot interfere with another.

Cite or flag every fact

Web sources carry a URL and date; filings carry ticker, form and period; accounting figures cite the source document. Data we can’t verify is labelled, not faked.

Run it on your own hardware

A self-hosted, auditable assistant for finance, accounting, and legal work — every draft sourced, every line checkable.
